At The Playbook Agency, results define culture. Agents regularly clear $40,000 per month, with
retention holding at 84%. “The average agent nets five figures monthly,” founder Ronnie Salem notes. “Results speak louder than recruiting pitches.”
One of Ronnie’s core principles is that only proven producers can train others. “Trainers must walk thewalk, not just talk the talk,” he says. This approach ensures every new agent learns from real results, not empty theories.
Mindset has been equally vital. “You’ll always face doubt—externally and internally. Bulletproofing my mindset was what took us to $4 million a month.” For Ronnie, success wasn’t just about tactics, but internal resilience.
He believes the future of the industry mirrors Bitcoin before its explosion. “The opportunity is massive. The next decade will create more millionaires here than almost anywhere else.”
Ronnie leads from the front, still putting in 80-hour weeks. His milestones are impressive—MVP out of 25,000 agents, over $400,000 sold his first year, and the first Arab American MVP at Integrity, a
billion-dollar company. But his proudest achievements? Watching his team win.
He isn’t afraid to be controversial. “Not everyone should be recruiting,” he says. “Leadership should be earned, not assumed. Too many mislead others for personal gain, and that hurts the industry.”
His advice today is simple: “Find the right leadership, do the work, and believe in yourself. Confidence is everything.”
