Humble Beginnings
Before she became a high-ticket life insurance closer and co-founder of her own Independent Marketing Organization (IMO), Gali Kasher’s story looked much like any young adult trying to find their place. She flipped burgers and worked as a waitress in her hometown before joining the army. Three years of military service built the resilience and discipline that would later become the backbone of her business success. When she moved to Florida in 2021, independence was no longer a choice—it was a necessity. Sales became the natural path. Within a short time, Gali discovered life insurance not only provided families with real financial protection but also offered her the freedom of income, time, and lifestyle she craved.
The Turning Point
Her defining moment came at 23. In just a few months, Gali earned between $30,000 and $40,000—more than she ever thought possible at such a young age. That experience showed her she could control her financial destiny. It wasn’t just about selling policies anymore; it was about building something bigger. With inspiration from mentors she had never met, Patrick Bet-David and Grant Cardone—Gali committed fully. Their teachings on mindset and scale gave her the confidence to see beyond personal production and toward a future where she could create opportunities for others.
Building Equity Insurance Partners
Together with her partner, Tristan, Gali launched Equity Insurance Partners, an IMO designed to fix the problems she saw holding agents back. “The biggest problem I saw was that agents were set up to fail,” she explains. Leads were either overpriced or low quality, leadership structures didn’t reward growth properly, and there were no scalable systems to help agents generate appointments passively. Instead of relying on outside vendors, Gali and Tristan bootstrapped the business. They put every dollar of savings into it, went into debt, and closed deals themselves to survive. Their first big breakthrough came when they figured out how to generate their own marketing at scale. That control gave them confidence, and confidence turned into momentum.
Lessons From the Early Days
Not everything came easy. Early on, Gali admits she took it personally when people left her team. But over time, she realized it was simply part of business. “I genuinely wish the best for everyone, whether we work together or not,” she says. The biggest mindset shift she embraced was thinking like a business owner, not just a salesperson. It wasn’t about chasing quick wins—it was about compounding. Systems, consistency, and long-term vision became her guiding principles.
Discipline Above All
For Gali, discipline has always mattered more than motivation. She credits her army training for instilling the ability to stay consistent, even when emotions or circumstances waver. It’s why her advice to new entrepreneurs is simple: “Focus on discipline over motivation. Don’t chase shiny objects. Master one system for leads, one script for sales, and one routine for your personal life. If you stay consistent for a year, you’ll be far ahead of 90% of people who quit too soon.”
Looking Ahead
Today, Equity Insurance Partners is growing rapidly, with hundreds of agents and millions in annual sales. But for Gali, the mission isn’t just about numbers, it’s about impact. She and Tristan are building a platform where agents can truly win, giving them ownership opportunities and the tools to build wealth for themselves and their families. At 25, Gali is living proof that discipline, resilience, and vision can turn even the most unlikely beginnings into a life of freedom and influence. Her story is only beginning and if her track record is any indication, the best is yet to come.
